With over 15 years coaching experience — from personal training to nutrition, relationships to entrepreneurship, I help men rebuild from the ground up.
After losing my wife, Lani, to cancer, I chose to face grief head on.
Now I help other men do the same: feel fully, live boldly, and become the man they’re here to be.
In the six weeks since losing my wife Lani to cancer, I’ve found myself faced with a choice: let grief pull me under, or meet it head-on with intention.
I chose to move. To eat well. To cry when I needed to. To honour her by living with strength.
