For Men Navigating Grief, Challenge, or Change and Choosing To Rise.
I’m Chris. A dog dad, a husband who lost his wife, and a man who refused to stop healing.
This space is me sharing how I navigate grief, in real time, so other men don’t feel so alone.
The Rebuild.
I don’t know exactly what, but I’m creating something to help men. It’s needed!
Newsletter.
Honest reflections, practical strategies, and a reminder that you’re not rebuilding alone.
I’m Chris.
I lost my wife a not that long ago. (Yes, it still hits like a freight train.)
I started this site not because I’ve “figured it all out”, far from it.
But I’ve found some tools and mindsets that help me wake up, step into the day, and try to rebuild something good, something real.
If you’re here, maybe you’re doing the same.
In the six weeks since losing my wife Lani to cancer, I’ve found myself faced with a choice: let grief pull me under, or meet it head-on with intention.
I chose to move. To eat well. To cry when I needed to. To honour her by living with strength.
These are six things I’ve done daily that helped me hold on to who I am — and slowly, begin to rebuild.
